I would like to have at least 2 packages in contrib by the time of
openSUSE 11.1 BETA1 release. (~1 month)

Speaking about requirement: I think there shouldn't be too much formal
requirements, not for maintainers and not for reviewers.
But both should know the basics of OBS and RPM construction.
Commitment to the job - it does matters. Very important.
