I support #2, provided some rules are applied, for example:
- The packages should be testable during openSUSE development period
- No new packages after openSUSE feature freeze
- The repo is frozen at openSUSE release time
- Everything is built against the openSUSE base
As discussed yesterday in the project meeting, let's add:
- No duplication of packages from factory,
