Well, bandwidth doesn't seem to be Alexey's problem if he wants to download
all repos :)

And I don't think we should optimize our setup to the conditions you mention.
If tweaks are possible ot improve it, fine. But optimizing for a small 
fraction of our users (and that's what Cristian's harsh words really mean :)
sounds plain wrong.
