Only sysadmins use man pages and CLI, and they supposed to know English.
In short, I don't see advantage of localization of the following: man
pages, development environments, and server stuff.
For normal users, what is needed is better localization of Open-Source
Desktop software.

Hi all!
I've seen just a few localized man pages on the factory (6 or 7).
Where are the others?
