I'm afraid this is more or less pointless ;-)

Most people run the partitioner once - at installation. And at this time 
it isn't that easy to open a browser and read the wiki page ;-)
(at least when installing from DVD, the live CDs obviously differ)

If there are important things that users should know before doing the 
partitioning, please include them directly in the help text.
