SUSe Linux 10.1 is no longer supported ..why are you asking we fix a

Unfortunately IonCube does not seem to have a single basic clue on 
packaging, and this particular problem is fixed in SLE10 SP2, 10.2, 10.3 
, 11.0 etc..

zypper in php5-fileinfo

you have to add the server:php:extensions repository, and that error you 
are seeing is not a bug, but an user error.. looks like you need to do 
your homework before filling bugs ;-)
