If I'm uninstalling 15 packages, how do I know ho much space I'm going
to free? Do I have to write in the paper the space before marking the
packages to be removed, then after marking them for removal, finally
make a diff??
:)

Please read all the bug comments / clarifications :) this enhancementwrote:
request is not about "out of disk space" alert; it is about reporting
the total of bytes your going to install / remove. Now that total
bytes is showed when the installation step is already started (really
when starting to download the packages).
Other package management tools show the disk variation: SMART and
Synaptics, if I'm not wrong...

Yast used to show % disk space usage at the bottom left of the window buthttps://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=399239I like the way YaST works now: it warns you if you are running out of
disc space.
Mike
somewhere along the way it was left out and nobody noticed until now.
