probably you are using an old rpm/applydeltarpm/applydeltaiso packages and libraries. there is some proper discussion of these changes, but simply read: http://en.opensuse.org/Download_Help#Applydeltaiso_on_Microsoft_Windows (issue about lzma)
BTW the OS here is openSUSE 10.3
