hello,
is there anything wrong with the delta for ppc dvd iso image? i have the rc1 ppc dvd iso image and also the rc1-gm delta for ppc dvd iso.
i have md5sum checked these two iso files.
when i applydeltaiso oldname deltaname newname.iso it starts with the conversion, works for a while and prints out packages being applied and so on.
eventually it fails and prints some corruption and the md5sum of the new file being wrong.
i have tried this twice. also the checking of the hashsums.
i am trying to apply on a x86 i386 system running opensuse 11.0 rc1 factory (something from the last two weeks or so).
is there anything wrong with any of these files? or can i only apply the deltaiso on a running ppc platform.
thanks for any hints.
cheers.
