you asked.
True, but that again doesn't answer anything. Like how much work it will take to verify that it's ready for 11.0. Since I don't have any idea what kind of testing is required, I have no idea what the time frame is. Basically, would it be a big deal to install it off the Mozilla site, or should I wait for the "official" pacakge? Granted, RC1 works fine, so it probably wouldn't be a big deal anyway.
It's pretty simple and written in my blog as mentioned earlier. If you want to test the latest Firefox package subscribe to mozilla:beta and update from there. This is the current state of the openSUSE "version" of Firefox which will end up as online update for 11.0. I can't tell when the online update will finally be there but I think it will be soon after the official Firefox release. The buildservice might be a bit faster but that's how it works ;-) Wolfgang --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
