Also at factory - rpm -qa says I have MozillaFirefox-2.9.95-22 on *both*
systems.

One system works just fine - AMD Athlon 2400, 1G RAM

On the other system, firefox *does* run, but grindingly slowly, eating
most CPU resources. Also it continues to run (task persists, still with
high CPU) for several minutes after exit. This system is AMD K6-2/500
with 784M RAM

confused? Yes, so am I.
