[opensuse-factory] RC1 - Question 3: option to Boot Installed System

In the 10.3, and earlier, version one had the ability to use the DVD/CD
to BOOT INSTALLED SYSTEM (part of the initial installation stage); this
gave one the ability to boot into an existing system which couldn't be
accessed normally because, say, there was a problem in grub.
It seems that this option has been removed in 11.0 - or is it still there somewhere but I cannot see it?
(I've had to use the DVD for 10.3 to boot into a problematic 11.0B3 several times recently.)
Ciao.
