On 11.0 RC1 when i insert a memory card into my reader, nothing
happens (nothing is shown that says "something plugged in"). My digital
camera also shows the same problem (it does not see that the camera
is plugged in by usb. This use to work on beta3. Is this a bug?
It sounds like a bug to me - please report it,
