Just on this point -- and I do not mean to hijack the thread -- but my 
HP Photosmart 8450 printer is recognised and is listed as being 
supported in 10.3; however, suddenly in 11.0 (Beta1-3) it is not- the 
entry for the '8400 series' just vanished.
