[opensuse-factory] Can't install nvida or realtek kernel modules with 2.6.25.3-2 kernel

Hi, I cannot install either NVIDIA-Linux-x86-169.12-pkg1.run or realtek-linux-audiopack-5.01 with the factory kernel,
I've also had no joy with the 2.6.25.2-2 kernel but downgrading to 2.6.24.1-6 again solves the problem and both work. Is
this a bug to report or have I missed something. The last part of the failed nvidia installer log is as follows:-
