This worked for me on 11 beta 2... But finding the Named factory was a little confusing... Then again in the error message it is explicitly noted: repo2solv.sh "/var/cache/zypp/raw/OSS-fctry"
"/var/cache/zypp/solv/OSS-fctry/solv" What ever yours says...

Assuming your FACTORY is named factory in zypper sl:
cd /var/cache/zypp/raw/factory
gunzip suse/setup/descr/dvd-11.0-90.x86_64.pat.gz
Edit the just unziped file and look for banshee-1-extensions-default - around these lines there is a +Prq that ends with a -Prc - change the +Prq into a +Prc
gzip again
Do the same for .i586.pat.gz (if you use i586, you only need to change one arch).
Do zypper ref
