Which one exactly? This is what I see there:

I have no idea what to change as I don't understand the syntax.

¿Pascal that? No way. That's a bug in "file".



Ok, I delete the entire "/var/cache/zypp/raw/OSS-fctry" directory. 
Doesn't work either:

nimrodel:/ # nice time zypper refresh
