Hardly, but it is one of the rare times a public key for a signed
package wasn't available on one of the public keyservers.

Given that the key doesn't show up under the
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/coolo/openSUSE_10.3/repodata/
listing,  its a bit of a stretch to think that anyone is going to find
the key that they can neither see in the repodata directory nor find
on a public keyserver.
