"Systemüberwachung" shows plasma constantly taking ~44% of my CPU,
i.e. it keeps one core of my dual-core CPU busy.
44% is only about half a core.
And for a background task which draws the desktop and does nothing
otherwise, that's exactly 44% too much. ;)
