kernel-syms should be on the online repositories, please get it from
there,

Tried to rebuild madwifi source to get online, because kernelmodul ath5k
doesn't work with my card. Unfortunately I can't rebuild madwifi Package
because of missing kernel-syms on dvd and wrong kernel headers (dvd provides
2.6.24)
linux-kernel-headers package is used to build userland applications, the
2.6.24 is not nice but should not be a problem.
kernel-syms should be on the online repositories, please get it from
there,
