yep, thats not a loop though. I think thats a new behaviour in libzypp (or a
bug, I don't know, but I've seen it as well), that it reinstalls packages
even though not necessary and not explicitely asked for it.
you can try --force-resolution off, I've heard that this is the solution to
any such problem.
