[opensuse-factory] Differences in repos.... they need to be unified.

Is there any reason why all the repos can't be the same? E.g.: I
installed a 10.3 system from the DVD then removed the DVD repo and
added the online repos: oss, non-oss and updates. Now when I try to
install packages I get "RPM dependency hell" alot of people won't try
RPM-based distros due to issues like this.
Also midcycle someone thought it would be funny to remaster the 10.1
discs so if you downloaded 10.1 when it was released and then
downloaded say discs 2 and 3 a few months later these sets were not
compatible.
We really need to freeze the distro when its released. If any updates
need to be made they should be in the updates repository only. And the
diffrent repositories (DVD, CDROM, online, etc) all need to be 100% in
sync and compatible.
To setup a server the fastest way is to use the DVD but then once its
installed in the datacenter I can't drive 3,000 miles to insert the
DVD every time I need a package, so this cross-compatibility of
repositories is absolutely ESSENTIAL.... what if someone looses a disc
(as I did) and then re-downloads it only to find that the same version
of SuSE isn't compatible with itself? That is just unacceptable.
