you can try --force-resolution off, I've heard that this is the solution to

does re-installed mean that no newer version is available. are youNo, that was the result of running "zypper dup",waiting until is was
using --force or something like that?

even though not necessary and not explicitely asked for it.
you can try --force-resolution off, I've heard that this is the solution to
