An easy way to enable it after installation by someone who we talk to over the phone would be really good too ;)
easy as "zypper in openssh-server"?
That means it would not be installed by default. It should be installed by default, but just not enabled. Otherwise, people might install telnetd, old style. And should be easy as in "click here". Command line is "chkconfig sshd on". - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
