[opensuse-factory] KDE 3 vs KDE4 branch

Hi all !
I know that Novell is heavily pushing KDE4 upon the community, but the
problem is - many KDE users still prefer KDE3 due to lack-of-features
in KDE4.
Personally I feel KDE4 is not ready. I have filled about ~10 bugs, but
most of them are still unfixed.
I suggest this:
Instead of "pushing" KDE4 upon the community, let the users decided
during setup, if they want GNOME, KDE3 or KDE4 desktop.
