Well according to the other poster the license state "  THE

  SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE SOLD, TRANSFERRED, OR FURTHER DISTRIBUTED WITHOUT
  PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM NOVELL."

 for the Alpha-version.

 But now that you  mention it there is a bit torrent... so there is
 something wrong with the license and it must be changed. Right here:
