Hi Gerald,
- you can use nm-applet under KDE too (the only problem I had was
missing session management)
- knetworkmanager in SVN is much improved and will be ready on friday
- I didn't try hidden networks yet
Greetings, Stephan

We're busy preparing Alpha3, there were several updates
after Alpha2plus:
- kernel 2.6.25-rc5
- kde 4.0.2
- gimp 2.4.5 (that I miscredited to be in alpha2plus)
Beware of the update of hal to 20080305.
Bugzilla #369539: Hal 20080305 breaks NetworkManager
Also, has anyone been successful using KNetworkManager with hidden
networks? The UI has room for improvements compared to the much
simpler old ones, but on top of that it doesn't seem to work for
me. Using NetworkM anager under Gnome, everything seems okay.
