Yepp :( Sun's license is incompatible with the GPL (which I think was
done on purpose) the kernel uses.

JFS is maxed out at 32 Petabytes today - for my own professional needs,
that's unlikely to ever become a real show-stopper :-)
The main difference is that ext4 will be supported and JFS not, and this
in turn mainly because ext4 will have broad upstream support.
Whilst on the subject of filesystems, I'd much rather see Suns ZFS in
openSUSE, but I've been told there's some sort of licensing issue?
