The latest build from the build service can also be found here for example:

http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/repositories/openSUSE:/Factory/standard/

Please note that this is currently i586 only and may differ to the Factory 
within pub/opensuse/distribution. However, this is what should become the 
official Factory disitribution in future (after some more features in OBS and 
more cleanup & fixing in the distribution setup).
