[opensuse-factory] Releasing openSUSE Alphas with debuginfo/symbols installed by default

Hi !
I would like discuss a new idea: releasing openSUSE Alpha CDs/DVDs
with debuginfo/symbols, so people will install that by default. That
may ease reproduction of crashes. BETAs/RC/Final don't really need
this.
