Hi,
Hi: I try to upgrade my system with smart and find this error from factory and factory-non-oss: error: /var/lib/smart/channels/suse-OSS-factory%%http:__download.opensuse.org_distribution_SL-OSS-factory_inst-source_suse_repodata_repomd.xml
error: http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-source/suse/re...

same seems to happen with zypper:

Disabling repository 'oss-factory' because of the above error. Sadly I do not have the time to look into it the next days.

I have been having the same problem. I downloaded the above repomd.xml file to have a look and it's nothing like others on my systems, it's not xml, it's a GPG file. Unless it's the correct format and it gets worked on locally to produce xml. Regards Sid.
Tried "zypper dup" again just and this time there isn't the error, though downloading the repomd.xml file locally it's the same. I'm happy that "zypper dup" now works. Regards Sid. -- Sid Boyce ...
