Just tested to update factory:

rpm -qR libtasn1-3
libtasn1 >= 1.2

The package libtasn1 doesn't exist though.

libtasn1 is a new requirement and has not been synced to the external
factory tree yet. You can get libtasn1* from GNOME:UNSTABLE as a work
around for now.
