Thanks for that :) Could you by the way attach some script for
downloading and extracting firmware? I mean something very similar to
install_bcm43xx_firmware
from bcm43xx-fwcutter package.

I think that new install_b43_firmware script should install firmware
for both: b43 and b43legacy. I belive that solution will be less
confusing for end users (we will avoid making to decide which driver
is needed for his device).
