Hi all,
I hope you enjoy your well deserved hollidays..
Knowing not much will happen until 7th of januari,
Does not take away my courage to say that the pango bug is probably the
most nasty one, because everything which depends on it, does not show
any text, but squares.
monkey9@tribal-sfn2:~> smart --gui
/usr/lib64/python2.5/site-packages/smart/interfaces/gtk/log.py:59:
PangoWarning: No modules found:
No builtin or dynamically loaded modules were found.
PangoFc will not work correctly.
This probably means there was an error in the creation of:
'/etc/pango/pango.modules'
You should create this file by running:
pango-querymodules > '/etc/pango/pango.modules'
self._scrollwin.add(self._textview)
/usr/lib64/python2.5/site-packages/smart/interfaces/gtk/log.py:59:
PangoWarning: failed to find shape engine, expect ugly output.
engine-type='PangoRenderFc', script='latin'
self._scrollwin.add(self._textview)
/usr/lib64/python2.5/site-packages/smart/interfaces/gtk/log.py:59:
PangoWarning: failed to find shape engine, expect ugly output.
engine-type='PangoRenderFc', script='common'
self._scrollwin.add(self._textview)
monkey9@tribal-sfn2:~> rpm -qa | grep pango
pango-32bit-1.19.2-2
pango-1.19.2-2
monkey9@tribal-sfn2:~>
Are these enough, or are there other pkgs missing?
I can understand, if this will be unanswered..

Have a nice day,
