 IMHO most of the serious bugs are reported. If you have no time to
search the bugzilla and want to be sure that the maintainer get know,
fill a bug. The maintainer will see if it's a duplicate of another
bug. You can use Novell Bugzilla. But KDE Bugzilla might be a better
place.
