Hmm, the wording could be made clearer though. Looks like they had read that and were interpreting it incorrectly as subject:unsubscribe to address: opensuse-factory@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Several people have done this ( I know it doesn't say that - but everything seems obvious once you know how it works).

How about:

To unsubscribe, send blank email to address "opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxx"
To receive a list of available commands, send blank email to address "opensuse-factory+help@xxxxxxxxxxxx"

Might make it easier for everyone, just a thought.
