Well, the other images shouldn't be available to you either, but some
mirrors are bad at setting the right permissions (again), so please
don't advertise this. It takes time because it's a lot of data that
has to be spread out over a lot of mirrors, and for everything to go
smoothly all the mirrors have to have it.

It's not like the release has been delayed; it's right on schedule :-)
