I know how to (re)build a rpm package as root user, but I don't know how
to build it as normal user. I don't think that rpmbuild(8) can provide
me that information, but thanks anyway. There is a utility fakeroot, but
I haven't find it on openSUSE repos.

I know how to (re)build a rpm package as root user, but I don't know how
