Hello,

So now had more time to test it. 
The exact error message is:
Failure occurred during following acion:
Formatting device mapper volume /dev/mapper/isw_cacdbdbii_linux_part5 (70,5MB) 
with ext3

System error code was: -3030

I also have tested the save installation and i got the same error.
