Are you serious!? Adding such a functionality in RC (Thu, Sep 20: openSUSE 10.3 Release Candidate 1 release) gives us only 14 days for finding and fixing bugs. It's extremely short time.

Adding which functionality? We (Packman) simply don't provide packages for 10.3 until the first RC is released. It's simply not possible to rebuild all packages every two weeks.
