HI Yesterday I updated to my alpha 5 to Factory after i rebooted, almost all services started 2 or 3 times, so i tried to remove from them but e.g I run yast2 runlevel or "automatically" it recreates them.
How your rc5.d looks like is of little interest unless you run with RUN_PARALLEL=no (which would be a workaround for your current problem).
The problem you see is fixed in sysvinit. Look around for this changelog:
* Mi Jun 20 2007 - coolo@suse.de - startpar: mark started processes as running
Unfortunately I can't tell you when it will see the Factory sync.
