No, especially with the build service, you never know what package will appear
there (in a specific repo) you just dont want to use. The packages in a repo
are not a "constant" you agree on.

No, especially with the build service, you never know what package will appear
there (in a specific repo) you just dont want to use. The packages in a repo
are not a "constant" you agree on.
