I can't! I don't have a bugzilla account and nor can I create one! tla has
almost NO deps (in fact it only needs libc as i recall) and it could VERY
simply be packaged by a person who knew how RPM worked.

I meant to be included in the default distribution, maybe someday even
replacing XEmacs (the site has a list of things about SXE that are better
than XE and I could probably tell you more)
If people don't KNOW they have a choice, they won't EXERCISE their right
to MAKE the choice. Surely you understand.
