to see who built the package, from cl run:
rpm -q <pkg-name> --changelog | head
the first line will be a date and email addr of the builder
ie: rpm -q --changelog yast2-storage | head

may be diff on your box, i'm on 10.1
you will also have to do this for 'yast2' as more than one builder
email all concerned explaining what you see
ALSO: you may be asked to submit a bug-report
