So it looks like 45 Minutes is no good boot time?
Asus M6842NW with PentiumM 1.6GHz, when 60 days periode is over and ext3 
thinks it has to do a filesystem check. Very nice feature/default 
setting when having a presentation...
Once had this problem, then tune2fs solved it.
