Hallo.
Just now, the move to /usr in Factory and GNOME:UNSTABLE is nearly complete.
We are able to test and fix remaining references to /opt/gnome, but there is another problem, which cannot be guessed by any way:
References to /opt/gnome in home directories.
we could write a script that reads GConf database and replaces /opt/gnome with /usr, as well as common GNOME directories, like .gnome2, .config/autostart, etc
On the other hand, it will fix even mentioned minor issues - correct session restoring, linphone will remember ringtones, nautilus backgrounds etc. -- Best Regards / S pozdravem, Stanislav Brabec software developer --------------------------------------------------------------------- SUSE LINUX, s. r. o. e-mail: sbrabec@suse.cz Lihovarská 1060/12 tel: +420 284 028 966 190 00 Praha 9 fax: +420 284 028 951 Czech Republic http://www.suse.cz/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
