This would be really a bad idea, because there quite some repos which conflict 
with each other and there is definitive also some stuff, you do not want to 
have on your system, until you really know what you are doing.

But you can add easily repos via

  zypper sa -r http://software....repo

for zypp/YaST or

  smart channel --add http://software....repo
