the bug was mentioned in bugzilla as Bug 223740 , but because of the timeframe
(end 11) i was't sure if this was in the GM load or not.
the bugzilla entry doesn't mention in which load it will be fixed

i suppose we just have to wait when we see the final 10.2 rpms popping up ;-)

i noticed that there is no libpcsclite.la file
so the eid-Belgium tools will never find the correct libraries
