Yes, but since 10.1 SL has the image to be very sloooooow. So with 10.2 installation should be as fast as with 10.1 (what it is in fact). But if YaST says, that installation will take 45 minutes, everybody will remember, that 10.2 takes 45 minutes to install.
If you want that, do not change it.
Over here it takes approx. 23-25 minutes, pretty fast i think...! Don't you think the user will notict the actual time, instead of the assumed?
