No insult intended for the artist.  The idea was that the current wallpaper is 
styled to Gnome (that would be the washed out style, <mean>I assume the 
insult to that</mean>) and doesn't fit in KDE.

For example, the blue picture while loading the system is much better, just a 
little less intense blue for the desktop, but the same colour.
